This series consists of a report to the General Assembly of the collection of debts by the commissioners of the Bank according to the Act of 1846. Included are the county name, the date of collection, the name of the debtor, the good, bad, doubtful, or unknown character of the debt, when the note was due, the amount the commissioner was paid for the collection, and how the debt was settled. Also included may be the amount of principal, interest and cost of each debt.
